It relieves tension in the upper back area, helps to correct blockages caused mainly by poor posture and makes us enjoy a feeling of relaxation and positivity. The massage therapist performs more hearty and harder strokes to remove accumulated substances in the muscles.

Recommended for perfect relaxation! This massage will provide you with a unique experience full of relaxation and relaxation, and will also put you in a positive mood. Your body will then discover with pleasure what it feels like to breathe freely again.

Infrasauna warms your body deeply during the recommended 30-40 minute treatment. Already at a temperature of 40 °C the body starts to sweat and get rid of unwanted substances. The treatment itself therefore lasts longer than in a traditional Finnish sauna due to the lower temperature. This makes it more suitable for sensitive individuals, people with high blood pressure or children. The sauna cycle should be followed by a lukewarm shower without the use of soaps and shower gels.
